When should I arrive?

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. Please be aware that if you arrive late your appointment time could be shortened.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. Cancellation on the day or a no show will incur 100% charge.

How do gift vouchers work?

Gift vouchers are available for an amount or treatment of your choice. They are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. If you would like to redeem a voucher, please bring it with you on the day of your visit.

How can I pay for my treatment?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cheques and cash.

Do you offer promotioms?

If you buy six treatments in advance, you will receive the seventh free. We regularly have promotions running please ask your therapist.

Please inform us if you are taking or using any retinol based products, such as Roaccutane or Obagi. We cannoy be responsible for any adverse reactions to our treatments if we are not fully informed.
